Instructions
Heat a wok, add oil and once its hot add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sliced garlic, curry leaves and fry for a minute until garlic turns golden brown.
In a mixing bowl add cooked rice, spice mix, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix until everything is completely incorporated.
Now add in spice mixed rice to the tempering, give a nice stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Finally add in chopped cilantro and serve warm.

You can substitute the rice with millets or quinoa or cauli rice to make it diet friendly.
