Heat a frying pan/skillet and add oil, then add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, sliced onions, cashews and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Turn off the stove and let this cool down and come to room temperature.
Transfer them a blending jar and blend them to a smooth paste and Keep it aside.
Heat a wide pan and add oil, once it's hot add the pepper powder, cardamom, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and fry for a minute.
Then add in the washed methi leaves and onion cashew paste and give it a good mix and cook until the oil starts leaving sides.
Now add in cream, milk and give it a nice stir until everything is completely incorporated.
Now add in Sautèed hard boiled eggs and cook covered for 5 minutes.
Finally add in garam masala, crushed kasuri methi and serve warm with some Roti or Rice. Bon appétit.
