These fluffy, moist and gluten-free Oatmeal and Banana Pancakes are not only so quick and easy to make, but indeed they’re so healthy and delicious. I can say these are “blender oat pancakes”, where you can add all the ingredients into the blender and you’re all set to make some yummy pancakes.

A one bowl, 7 ingredients and 20 minutes of your time is all you need to make these pancakes. You don’t need to look out of the pantry for this recipe, just mash a banana, add the wet ingredients, stir in the dry ingredients, and that’s it – You’ve got a amazing pancake batter on your hands.
These make the perfect special weekday breakfast or lazy weekend treat. You can also make a huge batch of these and store in the freezer for later use, by reheating the pancakes directly on the griddle and you’re all set.
What variations you can make ??
You can add in peanut butter to make some yummilicious vegan peanut butter banana pancakes, or add some chocolate chips it not only elevates the taste, but also kids are gonna love it. Add some cocoa powder and chocolate chips in the batter to make some gorgeous Double chocolate banana pancakes.
INSTANT VEGAN BANANA AND OATMEAL PANCAKES
Equipment
- Blender
- Griddle or Cast iron pan
Ingredients
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 1 Ripe banana
- ½ cup Plant based milk
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- In a blender jar add in rolled oats, flaxseeds, Cinnamon powder, Baking soda and blend until you get a fine powder.
- Now add in plant based milk, chopped banana, coconut oil and blend again to a smooth batter.
- Heat a griddle or lightly oiled cast iron pan and once it's hot add ladle full of batter and spread it out evenly to your desired size.
- Once the bubbles start to form on top, flip and cook on both the sides until they turn golden brown.
- Serve them warm topped with fruits and toppings of your choice, drizzle some maple syrup or sweetener of your choice and dig in.

- You can make big batch of this pancakes, freeze and use them later up to 1 month.
